About Me

I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Alexa, and I have been a self- taught stained glass artist for a few years now. I’m currently based out of Maryland, however Arizona is where my love for the craft began! And soon, I’ll be moving my business to Washington state! Let’s get into who I am and why I move so much!

I am a stay-at-home mom, and have been for the better part of the last decade. I have worked a few different jobs, but being home with my family is where I have always felt I belonged. My husband is in the Army, and we travel A LOT! We move every couple of years, however, we are hoping to call Washington state our new permanent home next year (2025)!

Art has always been apart of who I am. I love every form of it, and have dabbled in quite a few of them. Not professionally, but as hobbies. Stained glass took complete control of me after watching videos of the process online a few years ago. I started collecting as many stained glass finished pieces as I could find, mainly at thrift stores and antique malls! And then I decided I wanted to learn to make it myself. So I bought the basic supplies one evening at my local Hobby Lobby, sat down in my garage, watched a youtube tutorial and fell in love! I knew immediately that this is what I was meant to do!

I have delved deeper into the fantasy side of the art, making book art and engaging with other like-minded people, forming friendships that I never knew I needed!

All of my art is hand-crafted, made with so much love and passion that I hope you can see it shine through! I love this craft, and I love creating art that you guys love. I am so grateful to every single one of you that supports my art so that I can continue to make what I love!
